What is 6R
The 6Rs are this, when the practice of meditation is interrupted by thoughts:

RECOGNISE Be aware of any thoughts that interfere with meditation.

RELEASE Release attention from the thought and stop thinking about it.

RELAX relaxes any tension in your body and mind. In fact, greedy thoughts will make your mind tense.

RE-SMILE Puts that smile back on your lips.
-
RETURN Return to the practice and forgive yourself or anyone who comes along. Stay forgiving for as long as possible.
-
REPEAT Repeats this 6R program.
